Pooja is performed on all 365 days at the Pachaiamman Temple, Mylapore, Chennai where Varahi Matha has been installed by Guruji Varahi Maindan in 2012.
All festivals like Ashara Navarathiri (Varahi Navaratri) and Saradha Navarathiri are celebrated annually which conclude with the Sarawati Pooja.
Kanda Sashti Utsavam is celebrated for 6 days every year with the Soora Samharam on 6th day. This event concludes with the divine marriage of Lord Muruga on the 7th day.
Varahi Homam is being conducted with Special Abisekham every Panchami. Chandi Homam is performed on Poornima days. The grand Sadha Chandi Homam is conducted in the Vedanthangal Temple between 22-24 December 2017.
On every New Moon day (Ammavasai) Prathingra Homam with Red Chillies for Goddess Prathingra is performed in the mornings.
1008 lights decorate the temple every Thirukarthigai.
